When news of the Lush Winter 2015 collection dropped, I will admit to being slightly (ok very) disappointed the Northern Lights bath bomb wasn’t making an appearance. So when Lush Kitchen announced they would be selling it as part of the Snow & Ice gift set, I knew I had to get it. That next morning I ditched coffee & reading emails at 8am for frantically refreshing the Lush Kitchen site. Even enlisting Aaron to help. Two refreshers are better than one, right?

It arrived a week later and even through the outer packaging I could smell the strong citrus scent. I had a soap making kit as a child I can vividly remember smelling just like this. It made me feel really nostalgic.
The gift set was packaged using a Snow & Ice knot wrap. I haven’t had any of the Lush knot wraps before but it’s great for tying hair out the way when in the bath or around the house.
The gift set contained four items: Northern Lights bath bomb, Star Light Star Bright bath melt, Abombinaball bath bomb and Snow Showers shower jelly.
The strong citrus scent was coming from the Star Light Star Bright bath melt. Which also caked everything in silver glitter. I couldn’t wait to try that and my old favourite, Northern Lights bath bomb. Although the other two products also smelled amazing.
Snow & Ice Gift Set From Lush Kitchen
I like Lush gift sets especially themed collections. This was a great way to pick up several festive products at once. The Lush Kitchen sell short runs of old products or previous exclusives. Whilst getting your hands on them can be tricky, products are named in advance and available for a maximum of one week. Or until they run out of stock.
Shipping from the Lush Kitchen is slightly steep. In the case of this set however, it was worth while.
